Ukko Peltonen won Porvoon Ajot

Ukko Peltonen offered himself a great birthday present winning the most prestigious Finnish race, Porvoon Ajot with an solo attack in the final. It's the second time in the team's short history when our riders wins this classic as Peeter Pung managed to do it 2 years ago too.

"There was a 8 men breakaway from the kilometer 20 and the gap with them seemed to be controlled, but after about 100km, the gap was down to 25sec only and I breedged with another rider to the front and started taking turns straight away for maintaining the speed.

Finnally guys started to trop one by one coming to the final circuits of 8km long and finally going to the last lap there were only 4 riders left. So, I accelerated and managed to pull it off with a 6km solo at the final. In total, the race was 161km long," explained the "Finnish Diesel".
