Joonas Kurits won the two last stages of the Filter Cup. The Estonian road series ended this year with a time trial and road race on a same weekend. Kurits and Artjom Köster made it one and two in the time trial in Viimsi ( Kurits had 51.4km/h AVG speed in a 14km distance).
The next day in Jõgeva it was Joonas Kurits again, he won the sprint of a breakaway group.
In Filter Cup's general classification Joonas was 1st and Artjom 3rd. Team Ampler-Tartu2024 won the general overall team classification.
"Filter Cup wasn't our main objective of the year as most of the program is in Western Europe, but if we are home, we honour the race with our participation, this time we were lucky enough to have the time to take part of all stages and we are very proud to have won it," declared team's manager Rene Mandri.
