The most promising junior from the Baltics has signed a one year deal with the team Ampler-Tartu2024 (Ampler Development Team previously) for the year 2022. Madis won both events, the TT and road race, in the European Youth Olympic Games 2019 and finished 3rd of the junior road race in the World Championships 2021.
Last Tuesday, Madis was congratulated by the mayor of Tartu Mr. Urmas Klaas, Estonian Cyclists Union's president Mr Raivo Rand and by Tartu University Sports Club's director Mr Gert Prants for his good ride at the World Championships.
During the same event Team Ampler-Tartu2024 sports director Jaan Kirsipuu handed to Madis his team's jearsey.
